A voice must ring out, loud and clear, announcing to the whole world what the events mean and what protection the Woman will provide. Otherwise, the value of these events will be lost and the suffering will bring forth no fruit. This voice must be the pope’s who alone speaks words heard by all. By speaking, the pope will affirm the validity of the Marian messages and release their power for the good of the world.
