The Holy Trinity has decided to open hidden springs of grace which must be revealed so their wonders can flow forth.
Catholics believe that God made a creature, Mary, who could become His mother. While Jesus was in her womb, he deposited many graces which would pour forth only when the Church proclaimed Mary’s prerogatives. The Church has defined Mary’s Immaculate Conception and Assumption, but has still not grasped that Mary is the co-redemptrix, a declaration which would open the floodgates of the Trinity’s gifts.
